Autumn in Vermont Once Again

Yes, it's that wonderful time of year in Vermont once more. Fall foliage and autumn colors!

This year, 2014, is definitely one of the best of the past few years in terms of perfect autumn colors. The reds are bright and vivid along with the yellows and orange hues. This is truly the best time of the year in Vermont and a pity that the seasons is so very short.

Autumn in Vermont is a beautiful time of year

The leaves start to change color and the air becomes crisp. The fall foliage is something that should be experienced by everyone at least once in their life. The colors are so vibrant and the scenery is breathtaking. There is no better place to see the fall foliage than in Vermont.

Make sure to visit Vermont towns like Shelburne and Charlotte for some beautiful views.

The leaves of the sugar maple, the state tree of Vermont, turn brilliant shades of red, orange and yellow in the fall. The hills and valleys of Vermont are ablaze with color as the autumn days grow shorter. The season is a popular time to visit the Green Mountain State, whether to view the foliage or participate in one of the many outdoor activities available in the fall.

The leaves of the trees in Vermont change color in the fall, creating an amazing landscape. The yellows, oranges, and reds are a sight to behold. The leaves start to turn in September and reach their peak in late October or early November. The colors can be seen from all over the state, but the best views are from the mountains.
